Physical Phase

This week we have nothing much. So its more to physical training than combat training. Oh yeah we have started our Standard obstacle course(SOC) where we have to climb wall, climb rope..jump here jump there..tiring ar...the rope...its almost like impossible to me...but i managed to do it eventually...and i got blisters and rope burn on my hand. its been raining in the past few days..i really think its Global warming. It shouldn't be raining in july. July supposed to be hot. so people. Please save the earth. Use less plastic. Please.

then we had circuit training almost everyday. Circuit training is like excercising. there is 10 station. each station got one excercise. like push up, jumping jack, burpees etc. leh mati ar...u dun go one set...but u go 3 sets...u go all the 10 station 3 times. we also had some running. Night is Own time own target running. For those who wants to run can run. I ran every night with my friends. To loose weight lah of course...babat kat perot dah berlambak...haha.

We had our grenade throwing lessons just now. wah the grenade assault course really kills me man..u know the water level is up to knee level and we had to run..wah...giler..i rather swim ar...haha..but it was fun and great experience.

we booked out at 9 pm..reached home 2330. mcm sial. haiz..but atleast we booked out on fridays..:)
