20km

yeah. Finally manage to push myself to 20km. If not 15km my knees will give away. Today my knees do not give me any problem. Strange. Well..Promise myself already this break i will jog at least 10km everyday to burn the calorie i ate. I read about athletes like Michael phelps. He will eat 8000 to 10000 calories a day. Thats 5 times the normal human calorie intake. But he swam 7 hours a day. hahaha. F1 drivers, Last time i thought they are just driving. They are athletes. They lost 8kg per race due to the engine heat. They have to train to be fit. Braking a car from 300km/h to 100km/h can break your neck.Scary...
